The item is of excellent quality. However, my cat would not go near it for some reason. I have no idea why I complain to the company because shipping it back was too expensive and they immediately allowed me to keep the product and refunded my money. I will be donating it to an animal shelter and hopefully the kittens and cats will enjoy it there. Excellent customer service!
