How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at Hello@samspets.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. Simply email us at Hello@samspets.com with a clear cancellation request. We'll reimburse you within 14 days using the same payment method used at checkout, with no additional fees.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us as soon as possible at Hello@samspets.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to find a satisfactory solution for you.
Which items cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return: personalized or custom-made goods, perishable items, products unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons, and items that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
