Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. No extra processing fees apply.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be purchased within the last 30 days.
Non-returnable items:

Custom or personalized products.

Perishable, expired, or unsealed hygiene goods.

Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
How to Return (Choose 1 of 2 Options)
Option 1: Free Ship-Back

Contact us for a prepaid return label (return shipping is completely free).

Box up your item and ship it to:

Please hold onto your drop-off receipt until your refund clears.
Option 2: Donate to a Shelter

Donate your usable item to a local animal shelter or rescue instead of shipping it back!

Email proof (a photo of drop-off or a shelter receipt) and your order number to Hello@samspets.com.

Donated items do not need original packaging, but the 30-day rule and item eligibility exclusions still apply.
